Syed Asif Jalal joined Kundi & Kundi team as an Associate Advocate in December 2008. Owing to his syllogistic approach towards complex legal issues combined with a sound & merited knowledge of law; he has been endowed with early responsibilities, which include, contentious work in the subordinate courts and assisting Senior Associates in commercial and corporate work (drafting of contracts, drafting & vetting of opinions).
Asif completed his LL.B. with honors from the University of Peshawar in 2006. During his study period, he participated in the Jean Pictet competition in 2005, competing with brilliant young law students from all over Pakistan; on the recommendation of The Faculty of Law. He also completed a certificate course in International Humanitarian Law conducted by the ICRC in 2005 during the course of his LL.B.
In 2008, he completed his LL.M. in Commercial & Corporate Law from the University of London, where he had the unique opportunity in benefitting from an inter-collegiate degree conducted by the highly learned law faculties of (UCL, QMUL, Kings College, SOAS and ILS).

He has also completed a certificate course in Legal English from the Center for Commercial and Corporate Law Studies in Queen Mary University as a part of his comprehensive LLM program.
